• Sessions for ages 3 – 12
  • Mindful coaching and yoga for general well being (an introduction to mindfulness, breathwork, yoga & meditation for kids) 
  • Mindful coaching and yoga therapy for your child’s specific needs:  Anxiety, confidence, concentration, trauma etc. 
  • These sessions include meeting the parents for the first initial consultation in order to determine the theme of therapy which is needed
  • An astrology chart is done on the child from this initial session
  • This can give the parents more insight into the child’s basic personality
  • Allowing a greater understanding of the characters in the household and how this impacts the child
